Terms of service
The terms that apply when you work with us. Clear, simple and fair.
- Your signed proposal sets the scope, price and timeline.
- You own the final work once the project is paid in full.
- We keep your information confidential, and we never need your passwords.
These terms apply when you engage Paultechnolog ("we", "us") for any service, including website and app development, book marketing, YouTube channel management, AI video and automation, UIUX design, branding, SEO and Shopify work. Your signed proposal forms part of these terms. If the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies.
Proposals and scope
Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it.
Quotes and payments
Quotes are itemised and valid for 30 days unless the proposal says otherwise. The payment schedule, including any deposit and milestone payments, is set out in your proposal. Work may pause if a payment is overdue.
Your responsibilities
- Provide the content, access and feedback we need on time. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
- Make sure the materials you give us (text, images, logos, music, data) are yours to use.
- Give us access through proper team or partner permissions. We never need your passwords for social media, YouTube or ad accounts.
Revisions
Revisions are included at each phase, and the number of rounds is written into your proposal. Further changes, or changes that alter the agreed scope, are quoted separately.
Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, such as designs, source files, website and app code written for your project, and AI-generated content made for you. Third-party items, such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock media, software libraries and AI tools, remain under their own licences and usage terms, which we'll point out where they matter. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party costs and platforms
Hosting, domains, paid apps, advertising spend and subscriptions to platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, YouTube, n8n or Zapier are paid by you directly unless your proposal says otherwise. We follow each platform's rules, but we can't control their decisions, outages or policy changes.
Results
We work hard to grow your sales, readers, views and visibility, and we report honestly on progress. Because results also depend on your market, platforms and factors outside our control, we don't guarantee specific rankings, sales, earnings or follower numbers.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and only use it to deliver your project. We're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Cancelling a project
Either side can end a project in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point, as set out in your proposal, and we hand over the work paid for.
Support after launch
Ongoing maintenance, updates and marketing support are available and are covered by your proposal or a separate support plan.
Liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
Changes and contact

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless your proposal states otherwise.
