Who we are

This website is operated by Paultechnolog ("we", "us"), a digital agency based in Nigeria. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Contact us about privacy at support@paultechnolog.com.

What we collect

• Enquiries: when you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and message, plus any optional details you choose to give (company, phone or WhatsApp number, service, budget, preferred call times and time zone). We also record the page you came from and the language you viewed the site in.
• Direct messages: if you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you send.
• Advertising cookies: only if you accept them, Google Ads sets cookies to measure how our advertising performs (see Cookies below).

How we use it and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange calls and prepare proposals, because you asked us to (steps before entering a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
• To deliver and manage projects if you become a client, to perform our contract with you.
• To measure our advertising, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we will not add you to marketing emails without your permission.

Who we share it with

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google, which provides our email service, website translation (only when the site is shown in a language other than English) and, only if you consent, Google Ads measurement.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, they rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and client project records for as long as needed to meet contractual, tax and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under UK GDPR, EU GDPR, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its use, to data portability and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email support@paultechnolog.com. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and similar technologies

• Essential: your theme, language and cookie choices are stored in your browser's local storage (keys pt-theme, pt-lang and pt-consent) so we can respect them.
• Translation: if your browser language is not English, or you choose another language, we set a googtrans cookie and load Google's website translator to show the site in your language. English visitors do not load it. You can switch back to English at any time from the language menu.
• Advertising (optional): Google Ads (tag ID AW-17705686918) sets cookies to measure how our ads perform. These load only after you click "Accept".

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button, which also appears in the footer of every page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when it last changed.
